Honda’s human resources team wanted to build a system that works together with their performance evaluations program. As part of their human resources policies, evaluations are not only a vertical (boss / employee), they must take acount on cross evaluations from same level, evaluations from employees to their boss, etc.
After a few months of analysis and development, the first release of the system was tryed in all the countries from the region with great acceptation.
